Whilst the property manager is preparing your schedule of details he will value your property, with a view to confirming a realistic market value for you. Once the schedule of details has been collated they will be forwarded to you for your approval. After approval, your property details will be printed and then distributed to various marketing bodies of your choice. Once a person is interested in your property and an acceptable offer to purchase your property is received, our legal team will proceed to conclude the sale with speed and efficiency. This includes the formal acceptance of the offer, the conclusion of Missives of Sale, the discharge of any relevant standard security, resolving any title queries and obtaining the appropriate Property Enquiry Reports,.

Conclude the Missives of Purchase

Ensure the existing title of the property is conveyed to you

Obtain a Local Authority Search

Arrange for the timely transfer of funds to the sellers and arrange for the keys to your new property to be delivered to you
